- 500 g of soyitas saladitas @delalba
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Heat ½ liter of water, when it starts to boil add the soybeans, remove from the heat and let it soak for 15 minutes. Then discard the liquid, add another ½ liter of water and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
Strain the water. Blend the soybeans with a liter of water. Then put a blanket over a strainer, empty the milk and squeeze to get all the milk. Place what you prepared along with 1 liter of water to boil. Add the sugar and cinnamon. Let it boil for a few minutes. Let the mixture cool and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Ready to drink!
