SIRLOIN WITH FIG SAUCE AND POTATO PUREE WITH MACADAMIA NUTS

To prepare the recipe for Sirloin with fig sauce and mashed potato with macadamia nuts:
First, in an express pot with boiling water and a splash of oil, cook the potatoes cut in half for about 6-7 minutes.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

2 medallions of beef tenderloin
2 Potatoes
1 handful of macadamia nuts
1 glass of milk
1 egg yolk
5 fresh figs
50g butter
Olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of ginger
1 vanilla pod just the seeds
1 splash of brandy
1 splash of soy sauce
1 splash of liquid cream

RECIPE PREPARATION
