Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of macadamia del alba

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt the butter and add the cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed. In addition, mix together the brown sugar, salt, flour, vanilla, and egg yolks.

Little by little add the powdered sugar. Mix the chocolate mixture with the eggs and add the chocolate chips and macadamias.

In a 9 "x 13" rectangular pan, place mixture. After 40 minutes you will have delicious brownies to share. An excellent dessert option.
