Macadamia milk

Making macadamia milk is easy, quick and easy. You only need:

  • 1 cup of simple macadamias @delalba
  • 3 cups of water
  • Sweetener to taste (can be vanilla, sugar or honey)

In a cup, let the macadamias soak for two hours. No more time is necessary. Rinse the macadamias thoroughly with clean, cold water. Pass them through a blender, add the 3 cups of water and the sweetener. Beat well, about 2 minutes. Strain the milk through a very fine mesh or a cloth strainer so that your milk is without residue. Once cast it is ready to drink. Remember to keep it in the fridge.
