What do you need?
- 1 tbsp of Del Alba Cashew Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk (your favorite)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp pink pitaya or a tsp blueberry jam
- 1 egg
- Honey to taste
For the toppings:}
- Almonds in Del Alba slices
- Del Alba dried blueberries
- Greek yogurt (your favorite)
Step by Step:
- Mix all the products very well in a bowl.
*You can also blend them to obtain a more compact mass.
- Then, in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the mixture.
*You can make mini pancakes using a spoon to make the perfect measurement.
- Decorate with a little yogurt, sliced almonds , dehydrated seedless blueberries and honey.
