Making macadamia milk is easy, fast and simple. You only need:
- 1 cup of plain macadamias @delalba
- 3 cups of water
- Sweetener to taste (can be vanilla, sugar or honey)
In a cup, let the macadamias soak for two hours. No more time is needed. Rinse the macadamias well under clean, cold water. Pass them through a blender, add the 3 cups of water and the sweetener. Beat well, approximately 2 minutes. Strain the milk with a very fine mesh or cloth strainer so that your milk is free of residue. Once cast, it is ready to drink. Remember to keep it in the fridge.
