An easy, quick recipe that you are going to love, and even more so...if you are tired of eating grilled chicken breast every day!
What do you need?
- Cashews from Del Alba (You can get them here: Marañón Del Alba)
- Diced chicken breast.
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- freshly made rice
- Chopped long onion
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Vegetables of your preference (in this case we use broccoli)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey or syrup
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by Step:
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and a spoonful of cornstarch. Let it rest.
2. In a separate bowl mix:
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey or syrup
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
3. In a frying pan, toast the cashews until they have a “crunchie” texture and remove them.
4. Then sear the chicken until it is fully cooked.
5. Add the previously toasted Del Alba cashews and the sauce. Mix everything very well until they are completely incorporated.
6. Serve the rice, then the chicken, add your vegetables and decorate with the onion and sesame seeds.
