This time we are going to teach you how to prepare a delicious Chicken with Cashews from Del Alba.











An easy, quick recipe that you are going to love, and more... if you are tired of eating grilled chicken breast every day! 

What do you need?

  • Del Alba Cashews (You get them here: Alba Cashew)
  • Diced chicken breast.
  • 1 cda de Maizena
  • freshly made rice
  • Chopped long onion
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame
  • Vegetables of your choice (in this case we used broccoli)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp honey or syrup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step:

1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Let it rest. 

2. In a separate bowl mix: 

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp honey or syrup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

3. In a frying pan, toast the cashews until they have a “crunchie” texture and remove them.

4. Then sear the chicken until fully cooked.

5. Add the previously roasted Del Alba cashews and the sauce. Mix everything very well until they are fully incorporated.

6. Serve the rice, then the chicken, add your vegetables and decorate with the onion and sesame.
