A DELICIOUS CHICKEN CASHEW!

This time we are going to teach you how to prepare a delicious Chicken with Del Alba cashews.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

An easy, quick recipe that you are going to love, and even more so...if you are tired of eating grilled chicken breast every day! 


What do you need?

  • Del Alba cashews (You get them here: Cashew of the Dawn)
  • Diced chicken breast.
  • 1 cda de Maizena
  • freshly cooked rice
  • chopped long onion
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • Vegetables of your choice (in this case we use broccoli)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or syrup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step:

1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and a spoonful of cornstarch. Let it rest. 


2. In a separate bowl mix: 

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or syrup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

3. In a skillet, toast the cashews until they have a "crunchie" texture and remove them.


4. Then seal the chicken until it is fully cooked.


5. Add the previously toasted Del Alba cashews and the sauce. Mix everything very well until they are fully incorporated.


6. Serve the rice, then the chicken, add your vegetables and decorate with the onion and sesame seeds.
