  • 1/4 cups of Chia Del Alba
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt 
  • Mix chocolate crunch Del Alba
  • Banana or your favorite fruit
  • Agave honey 

Step by Step

  1. In a bowl, hydrate the chia with the Greek yogurt. Refrigerate until liquid is absorbed and double in volume about 1 hour.

  2. Remove from the refrigerator and serve with the fruit you prefer and the Del Alba chocolate crunch mix
