Granola With Macadamia


  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • ¼ cup dehydrated coconut
  • ½ cup mixed soy, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed
  • ¼ cup of Macadamia Plain Chunks
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup apple juice

Preheat oven to 140 ° C. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in apple juice until all oats are covered. Spread the granola on a baking sheet, distribute evenly. Bake for an hour or until golden brown. Let cool completely on the tray. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
