You will need to:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of seeds
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- sweetener to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then pour the mixture into a baking pan and use a spatula to compact the mixture.
Bake at 180° for 25 to 30 minutes. To make it extra crunchy, do not open the oven when the time is up, leave the granola for 15 more minutes. Then take it out and let it cool completely.
