Making almond milk at home is very easy, you only need:
- 1 cup of raw almonds @delalba
- 3 cups of water
- Sweetener to taste (can be vanilla, sugar or honey)
In a cup, soak the almonds for 5 hours to overnight. The next day, rinse the almonds well with clean, cold water.
Transfer the almonds to a blender, add the 3 cups of water and the sweetener.
Beat it well, about 10 minutes.
Strain the milk through a very fine mesh or a cloth strainer so that your milk is without residue. Once cast it is ready to drink. Remember that almond paste can be used to make sauces.
Almond milk is high in Protein, Magnesium and Vitamin E, making it very good for the bones.
