CRUNCHY GRANOLA WITH DEL ALBA AND MIX DEL CAMPO! A delicious and unique trail mix

We discovered the perfect formula to prepare your own granola at home with our Mix Del Campo. A perfect combination of Salted Peanuts , Caramelized Peanuts , Blueberries , Macadamia Nuts and Almonds . You're already craving it, right?

What do you need?

  • 6 cups of flaked oats of your choice (300 g)
  • Mix Del Campo X 140gr
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil (7 ml)
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon (5 g)
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey (25 g)

Step by Step…

  • In a large container, mix our Del Campo Mix , oats and coconut.
  • Add the honey, coconut oil and cinnamon.
  • Place the mixture on a tray and put it in the oven for 30 minutes, at a temperature of 150 °C.
  • Stir a couple of times, every 10 minutes.
  • Now, remove it from the oven and let it cool! (Funny and delicious fact: You can add a little Cashew Cream to your granola and make some crunchy chunks)

TIP: At the end you can add vanilla Greek yogurt and you will see how your granola will be your new favorite food.
