Soy is a powerful anticancer

Studies carried out in Japan, where people usually eat a lot of soy soup, showed that a daily intake of a bowl of soup reduced the possibility of developing stomach cancers by 1/3, and it has also been proven that soy isoflavones stop the growth of cancer cells, especially in breast, prostate, uterine and colon cancer. The isoflavones genisteins and deidzein appear to neutralize the cancerous property of estrogens.

It is important to note that these studies have been conducted on soy that has not been genetically modified.
